Thematic Apperception Test (TAT)

  Twelve picture shown one by one for 30 seconds each. Last picture is blank.
  After seeing each picture, as story has to be written in four minutes.
  The story must have a main character (Hero) who should be in positive frame of mind.
  Personality traits of candidate are assessed from the behavior / actions of the hero.

Word Association Test (WAT)

  Sixty words are shown one after the other 15 seconds each.
  Candidates have to write a sentence expressing the idea / thought that comes to their mind on seeing the word.
  Have thought positive responses, showing success, responsibility, optimism, honesty, patriotism etc.
  Avoid negativity such as fear, insecurity, anxiety, cowardice etc.

Situation Reaction Test (SRT)

  Total 60 situations are given to the candidate in the form of a booklet and response time is 30 Minutes for the entire test.
  The problem or the situation given must be resolved completely in a realistic and practical manner.
  The situations must be serially answered.
  Give practical and logical solutions.

Self Description

  A candidate is required to write this in five paragraphs consisting of :- Opinion of Parents; Opinion of Teachers / Employers; Opinion of Friends / Colleagues, your opinion about yourself and finally the qualities that you would like to develop in yourself.
